Public register and Registered parties
The Telecommunications Act stipulates that any business which is active in the electronic communications market in the Netherlands must register with OPTA if it provides:
- public electronic communications networks;
- public electronic communications services;
- or installs related facilities.
You may use this tool to search for parties in OPTA’s public register. It is possible to conduct a straightforward search for a business based on its name. However, you can also use the advanced search facility to search on the basis of place name or operations. Finally, it is possible to download OPTA’s entire public register to your computer.
