The Operations department performs support and advisory duties in relation to finances, the secretariat, information technology, staffing and the organisational structure. It ensures that OPTA staff have the best possible working environment. In addition, the department helps boost OPTA’s efficiency, draws up its budget and manages its financial affairs.
